Yvette Laviolette - FCIP (Honours)/ Partner
Yvette has over 33 years of claims experience, with 22 years as an independent adjuster. She is a Level 3 adjuster who specializes in bodily injury, W.C.B and liability claims, and has experience with catastrophe claims.
Yvette is a past-president of the Insurance Institute of Northern Alberta. She is currently a member of the Alberta Insurance Council's Appeal Board. Yvette is an experienced instructor in Automobile (Personal and Commercial), Bodily Injury, Liability, and Advanced Loss Adjusting courses and has taught at Grant MacEwan College’s Insurance and Risk Management Program as well for the Insurance Institute of Canada. Yvette has experience working with WCB’s legal department and successfully appealing WCB defenses for insurers on large injury and fatality claims.
Tom Szanto - CIP
Tom Szanto has over 15 years experience as an independent Adjuster.
He is a Level 3 adjuster who specializes in property, truck cargo, and liability claims and also has catastrophe claims experience.
Tom attended Carleton University where he received his Bachelor of Arts (Honours), and has further professional development courses that have provided him with current and up-to-date insurance claims knowledge. Tom's ongoing education courses have also included Fraud Awareness, Statement Taking Analysis, Business Interruption and Property Damage Appraisal.
Katrin Wuesten - CIP
Katrin has over 6 years experience as an Independent Adjuster. She is a Level 3 multi-line adjuster who handles automobile, injury, property and liability claims. Katrin completed her Insurance and Risk Management Diploma in 2007, and has since furthered her education with numerous industry seminars.
